Our Services
Eating Disorder Support
We provide comprehensive, specialised, and evidence-based dietetic care for individuals experiencing eating disorders. We support a wide range of presentations, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED, and Severe and Enduring Eating Disorders, among others.
While dietetic care differs from psychological therapy, we place equal importance on creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where you feel respected and understood.
We recognise that starting treatment can feel challenging. In your first session, the focus is on taking things slowly and getting to know you as a whole person. We will explore and reflect on your relationship with food, body image, and the many factors that influence them.
Together, we will develop personalised goals for your care—whether that involves working towards recovery, supporting harm minimisation and medical stability, or focusing on other priorities that are meaningful to you. From there, we will explore the most appropriate treatment approaches to support your progress.
This may include psychoeducation, nutritional myth-busting, and gently challenging unhelpful or longstanding beliefs about food and body image—always at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you.
Kidney (Renal) Nutrition
Our renal nutrition service is delivered through a Health at Every Size (HAES) and non-diet, evidence-based approach, supporting people living with a range of kidney conditions including chronic kidney disease (CKD), kidney stones, polycystic kidney disease (PKD), and other renal-related disorders. We provide individualised nutrition care that is aligned with best practice guidelines, including KDOQI 2024 recommendations, to help preserve kidney function, manage symptoms, and support overall wellbeing. Our dietitian works collaboratively with you to tailor nutrition strategies that may include guidance on protein, sodium, potassium, phosphate, and fluid management, depending on your stage of kidney disease and medical needs. We also focus on maintaining nutritional adequacy, preserving quality of life, and supporting a healthy, flexible relationship with food while navigating complex dietary requirements. Our approach is practical, person-centred, and supportive, helping you feel confident in managing your renal health in a way that fits your lifestyle and preferences.
Sports Nutrition
Our Specialist Sports Dietitian supports athletes of all levels—from beginners to elite competitors—in reaching their full performance potential. Too often, performance nutrition is treated as an afterthought, with advice coming from those who have done it before or other unreliable sources. While usually well-intentioned, this guidance rarely considers the needs of the whole athlete. We specialise in personalised performance nutrition, recognising that effective race or game day fueling begins weeks—if not months—in advance. Our range of services is designed to help you prepare for your next event and perform at your best, including:
Tailored meal planning to optimise training and recovery
Sweat testing to develop personalised hydration strategies
Event-day fueling plans, including strategies to manage exercise-induced gastrointestinal symptoms
Pre-event fueling protocols, such as carbohydrate and hydration loading
Post-event performance reviews, analysing your game day nutrition to identify what worked and where improvements can be made.
Support in managing Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S)
A food-first approach to personalised supplement recommendations.
Our focus is on simplifying the complexities of nutrition science into clear, practical steps—helping you confidently work towards your performance goals.
Enteral Feeding (PEG feeding)
Our dietetic service also provides specialist support for enteral nutrition, including PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) feeding, to ensure safe, effective, and individualised nutritional care for people who are unable to meet their needs through oral intake alone. We work closely with you, your carers, and your healthcare team to assess nutritional requirements and develop and adjust feeding regimens that maintain nutritional adequacy to support quality of life, strength, and overall wellbeing. Care also includes optimising formula selection and delivery to support comfort and tolerance, alongside regular monitoring and troubleshooting of common issues such as gastrointestinal symptoms or feeding intolerance. We provide practical education and guidance to build confidence in managing PEG feeds at home or in care settings. Our approach is person-centred and respectful, aiming to support dignity, comfort, and the best possible quality of life through tailored nutrition care.
Diabetes Management
Our diabetes care is grounded in a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, focusing on supporting your health, wellbeing, and quality of life rather than weight or restrictive dieting. We provide evidence-based, personalised nutrition counselling to help you manage blood glucose levels in a sustainable and flexible way, taking into account your individual preferences, cultural background, lifestyle, and lived experience with food. Our dietitian works collaboratively with you to build practical skills such as intuitive and mindful eating, balanced meal planning, understanding carbohydrate impact, and navigating diabetes-related nutrition concerns without guilt or rigid rules. The goal is to empower you with realistic strategies that support stable energy, improved metabolic health, and a positive, respectful relationship with food
Non Diet and HEAS Aligned Approach to Healthy Eating and Chronic Disease Management
Our dietetic service for healthy eating and chronic disease management is delivered through a Health at Every Size (HAES) and non-diet approach, supporting your wellbeing through compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care. Rather than focusing on restriction or weight-based targets, we focus on fostering abundance, inclusion, and flexibility in your eating patterns while supporting a healthy relationship with food. We work with you to develop sustainable eating habits that promote energy, satisfaction, and long-term health. This includes practical guidance on balanced meals, nutrient adequacy, appetite and hunger cues, and flexible strategies that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and cultural needs. For clients managing conditions such as cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, digestive disorders, or other long-term health concerns, we provide tailored nutrition support to help improve symptoms, support medical treatment, and enhance quality of life. Our approach is collaborative and person-centred, empowering you to make informed choices and build a positive, respectful relationship with food and your body.
