Who We Are
Feel Good Dietetics is a telehealth dietetic service dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care through years of clinical experience and ongoing professional development — while remaining accessible and affordable.
Nutrition care should feel supportive, empowering, and free from judgement. Through compassionate, evidence-based telehealth dietetics, we help people manage chronic conditions, navigate renal nutrition, optimise sports and performance goals, and rebuild a more peaceful relationship with food. Our weight-inclusive approach recognises that health is multifaceted and deeply personal — focusing on sustainable habits, wellbeing, and quality of life rather than the number on the scale. We understand that building trust with your body can feel difficult after years of dieting, food rules, and conflicting nutrition messages, which is why we aim to create a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body and your health goals. Whether you’re living with a chronic illness, training for performance, or healing from food stress and chronic dieting, we provide practical, individualised support that meets you where you are.
